Pay for active use under delegated authority, not for permanent custody. Sandbox is free. Production meters monthly active users and per-user call overage. ZeroGrant owns usage math; Stripe receives idempotent meter events only.

First 100 production MAUs free per organisation.
$1 per active user per month from MAU 101.
Up to 100 billable calls per end user per month included; $2 per additional block of 100 calls for that user.
Test mode never bills. Failed or denied clearances are not billable.
